jail -d: Properly pass -C argument

The argument for CLEANJAIL via OPTARG is never passed down as it should.

jail -d: Properly delete '-C logs'

Per jail logs are not only located at depth 2 'bulk/{JAILNAME}-*/', but
also at depth 5 'bulk/latest-per-pkg/{PKGNAME}/{PKGVERSION}/{JAILNAME}-*.log'.

Add generic deprecated(funcname, reason)

mapfile sh compat: append should create file.

fopen(2) with a/w both create the file if they do not
exist.

mapfile: Treat stdout/stderr special.

Don't open these, just write to them directly. This
allows redirects to work as expected.
