BETA3 builds started a day late due to some late work on OCI containers.
While I'm here, uncomment some of the release documentation. Leave the
release notes link commented since they're not ready yet.

Remove Subversion repository from navigation
All supported releases and branches in the src, ports, and doc trees use
Git. While there are still occasional reasons to access thie Subversion
repository there's no reason to include it in the navigation menu.

HW Relnotes: Enable Table of Contents Subsections
I think this really helps the page. I only did the template and upcoming
releases, but would be willing to do past ones for consistency if that
is appropriate.

14.2: Regenerate hardware notes
A lot of fixes have gone into the template for these (adding new
hardware and also removing entries for drivers which have long
since been removed from the tree).

Release Notes: Hardware Compat: Move u3g to "Miscellaneous Networks"
At the FreeBSD vendor summit, it was revealed that modern modems
are a supported use case on FreeBSD via the extremely reliable
but little known u3g driver.
The Miscellaneous Networks section of the Hardware Release Notes
is usually empty.
Attempt to resolve both of cases -- the empty section and to make
people aware of u3g(4) -- by moving the cellular modem driver from
Ethernet to "Miscellaneous Networks" in the Release Hardware Notes.

"FreeBSD {rel142-current}-STABLE" and incorrect links.

Release Notes: Hardware Compat: remove rtwn_usb from Ethernet drivers
The previous commit (60f8423a1ce27) correctly adds rtwn_usb in the
wireless network section.
There is another reference to rtwn_usb in the Ethernet section which is
wrong there. Remove it.

Release Notes: Hardware Compat: Add more network devices
Replace the hand-crafted ipw(4), iwi(4), iwm(4), malo(4), rtwn(4),
and wpi(4) entries with logic to generate them from the manual pages.
Also update logic for ixgbe, which was renamed to ix(4) in d8b48a2,
and add logic to generate ice(4), which has been present for a while.
