   update to pecl-xdebug-3.4.2

   set COMPILER_LANGS=c for various C-only ports

   add annotations near COMPILER for some other ports that don't have
   COMPILER_LIBCXX in WANTLIB

   not changing the actual compiler version of anything here (some could
   possibly remove the COMPILER line completely where they only used
   COMPILER due to an old WANTLIB entry which has since stopped using
   C++, but changing that is too likely to break things)

   update to pecl-xdebug-3.4.1

   update to xdebug-3.4.0 and build for PHP 8.4

   drop php 8.1 and associated pecl81-*, set @pkgpath to merge into php/8.2

   oops, should be FLAVORS not FLAVOR

   set FLAVOR on pecl ports which fail with php84

   stop building external extensions (pecl/similar) for the out-of-support php
   versions 7.4/8.0. some are removed completely as they only support php<=7.4.
   (those versions of php will be removed fairly soon too; there are a couple
   of ports left to clean up first)

   update to pecl-xdebug-3.3.2

   bump for MODPHP_VERSION switch on sparc64

   update to pecl-xdebug-3.3.1

   update to pecl-xdebug-3.2.2
   no php 8.3 support yet; work on this is in the Xdebug 3.3.0alpha series

   update to xdebug 3.2.0; drops PHP 7.4 and adds PHP 8.2 support

   switch the default php version to 8.0

   xdebug test tweaks:
   - use TEST_ENV now added to pecl.port.mk
   - don't require xdebug to be installed in order to run tests

   drop RCS Ids

   update to pecl-xdebug-3.1.3 and enable tests
